Yes, there definitely needs to be some customer training happening in all areas. Luckily, we stayed on the 7th floor and smoke did not travel that far up (except on our clothes). It is difficult to narrow down why this hotel is so weird but here are some details.Yes, the unbearable smoke permeating throughout the property is definitely a problem from the moment you enter.
The only reason I chose this property was because it appeared to be reasonably located between the Everglades, Key Largo, and Miami but what a strange place this is.
