The rationale they provided to my wife for their ridiculously dangerous behavior is that my daughter's friend was drunk and couldn't recite her room number. On Friday night Octotwo security guards denied my adult daughter and her friend access to their hotel room through the hotel entrance in the casino and insisted that they walk around the outside of the hotel alone instead. The hotel management disavows any responsibility for security. Windsor Caesar’s is just a wasteland at least Steve and Brian! Then after grilling him he admitted that he was unsure if the hotel would have any records of phone calls or “notes” in the first place! After of coarse, the request of refund by these inept greed$ was denied without merit! They said I never called to confirm (because the hotel rep did not “note” the conversation) even though I was standing in the casino at the roulette table when I made the call to confirm the resv and was told by the hotel rep of the unavailability. I was forced to reserve another room with a different hotel. and I was told there were not any rooms available. After booking online, I called while in the casino to confirm the resv. Just because it’s Windsor doesn’t mean you should push mediocrity and piss poor service. From Steve (the dullard) to Brian (Mgr)the incompetence is simply mind blowing! Do not verify hotel rooms or any reservations, not even vehicle valet service with this location.
